The Story
Before the tour, before the thousand-cap rooms, Lekan walked into a Something Dope Pass The Aux session with around 300 monthly listeners. No machine behind him. Just the work.
He shut the room down. The kind of set where everyone in the studio knew, in real time, they were watching something early. We invited him to the Open Mic on the spot.
He stepped on the Open Mic stage and did it again. From those two rooms, Lekan kept building. The monthly listener count climbed. The rooms got bigger. He grew into an international touring artist, playing crowds in the thousands.
Same artist. Same voice. Pass The Aux was where we heard it first. The Open Mic was where the rest of the room caught on.
Now
Bigger rooms. Same voice.
From an Open Mic stage to rooms with crowds in the thousands.
